Fund Drive a Big Success

Once again, you came through and made our annual fundraising drive a real victory. Thank you for your generous contributions. Your support makes this newspaper possible.
Special recognition goes to our supporters in Minnesota, who raised more than $1000 at a house party and then went on to net another $500-plus in a May Day raffle. Efforts like this are vital to Fight Back!’s growth.
The people’s movements are on the rise. The powerful and important movement of Mexican, Latino and other undocumented workers and their supporters is shaking this country. Fight Back! is committed to building these fights. In Los Angeles alone, we distributed 3000 copies of this newspaper at the immigrants’ rights May Day protests.
In this issue of Fight Back! there is an ad for the pamphlet we just published on the struggle of autoworkers. Check it out. This is a critical battle for the entire U.S. working class. In the next few months we will be publishing other pamphlets on the key issues of the day that bring together some of Fight Back!’s best interviews and articles. They will be available for easy downloading on our web page.
Thank you again for all your help to us in doing the things we do. In the months ahead, our reporters will be in Latin America, the Middle East, Washington D.C. and a lot of other places besides. We rely on the money you send.
