Salt Lake City, UT – 30 local activists gathered at Mestizo Coffeehouse to learn the fundamentals of Marxism-Leninism at a day school hosted by the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), Nov. 4.

Topics covered included historical materialism, political economy, imperialism and national oppression, and strategy and tactics for revolution.

This was the second annual day school held by the FRSO. The event’s attendees were mostly local activists and organizers looking to learn more about Marxism-Leninism to help their own organizing efforts, and learn how to better relate their work to the building of a revolutionary movement.
