Desde hace dos años el Centro CSO ha estado organizando para presionar al Distrito Escolar (LAUSD) que construya una nueva secundaria-prepa en Boyle Heights para aliviar la condiciones de sobrepoblación extrema en la Roosevelt High School (RHS).
