On the Frontlines with Fight Back!

When disaster hit the Gulf Coast, the editors and staff of Fight Back! did the opposite of the Bush administration - we got busy. We dispatched a team of reporters to Houston, the place that many low-income folks from New Orleans ended up, and sent out daily reports on our online new service, reports that exposed the criminal negligence of government. In addition, our reporters distributed thousands of copies of this paper and a special editorial that was prepared for evacuees. Free subscriptions to the paper were given to Katrina survivors.
This was possible because of the assistance we get from readers like you. Because more of you are subscribing, Fight Back! has more income. As a result we are able to do more. For example, thousands of copies of the last issue of this paper were distributed at the Sept. 24 anti-war marches in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles.
