"bad dishes" being served up to the poor
(Fight Back! News/Kim DeFranco)

St. Paul, MN - Members of the Welfare Rights Committee at the governor’s mansion mock Minnesota’s Governor Pawlenty - who is portrayed as a king serving a holiday meal of budget cuts to the poor.

The WRC has announced plans to challenge the cuts to programs for the poor, which were pushed through during the last legislative session. The Committee will also promote legislation to close corporate tax loopholes and tax the rich.
